small resellers worldwide (see our international

own online store on this site.Nevertheless, if
you encounter any problems using either of these methods,
just email us. Below we list this
and other ways of ordering our products. |
SHIPPING AND PRODUCT DISCOUNT POLICY:
Please review this page if you
are a new customer, so you familiarize yourself with our shipping
charge policy. |
At this point you have THREE methods of placing your order:
1. GO TO OUR
VIRTUAL STORE.
If you have problems with our store -- or if the store appears
inoperable, use one of the other methods below.
2. ORDER VIA FAX. Provide the particulars below and fax us at 888-450-7909. You can also use our Online Order Form, which can be easily filled out, printed using your browser and paper printer, and faxed to us. Be sure to check with us or our store first to see that the items you wish to order are available.
3. ORDER BY FIRST CLASS MAIL. Of all four methods of ordering, this
one we usually discourage - only because mail can be deplorably slow.
Nonetheless, if you do not have a credit card, and you must order
by personal check, send your order (and be sure to add an amount
for shipping that has been obtained via quotation from us via
email) to:

Please note that even mail
out of Ecuador is quite slow, so we encourage the use of
airborne service (see
shipping rates in Excel format).4. ORDER BY EMAIL. You may place your order
using the email program of your choice and sending the information
below to support@herbhealers.com.
When emailing an order by hand,
we need the following information:
- Your name. (first, middle, last)
- Your address. (where you want your product shipped, UPS)
- Your city, state, and zip. Include country, where applicable.
- Each item you wish to order: Code or Description, plus Quantity.
- Method of Payment - Email or Phone Followup:
You can then submit your credit card information either via email
or by phone. We accept MasterCard, Visa, A/X, & Discover.
(We recommend calling in your credit card information if you have
security concerns -- although we have never had a problem with this method).
If you call in your credit card information, use our U.S.-based number:
(305) 851-2308.
Either way, we will need your card number, expiration date, and the security code on the reverse
of the card.
We will send you back a confirmation, with a total, including
the cost of the products (taken right from our own online
Order Form) and the actual cost of shipping.
That's it.
We add no sales tax, customs, or other incidental expenses.
5. ORDER BY PHONE. Finally, if all else fails, you
can order by phone. Our number is (305) 851-2308.
We offer this lastly because the line is frequently busy, due to
the high volume of calls. If you leave a message,
however, we will get back with you shortly.
